3 Minutes With: ‘What’s So Cool About Manufacturing’ Award Ceremony
The annual ‘What’s So Cool About Manufacturing’ video contest started in 2013 with 16 school districts. This year, 283 school districts participated.
The contest gives 7th and 8th graders an opportunity to learn about careers in manufacturing within the state of Pennsylvania.
“We know today’s students make up tomorrow’s workforce. That means our future depends on you,” said Pedro Rivera, Pennsylvania’s secretary of education during the live streamed awards ceremony.
