White House Fruit Farm Offers Curbside Pick-Up Only
CANFIELD, Ohio — With positive COVID-19 diagnoses projected to peak this month, according to the Ohio Department of Health, White House Fruit Farm is moving to curbside pick-up only.
In a prepared statement, the owners of the market said the change is effective immediately. Curbside pick-up will be available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday. The market is closed on Sunday until further notice.
“As an essential industry, we are committed to staying open and providing the foods that our customers have come to depend on and enjoy; however, for the health and safety of our staff during the projected peak of the coronavirus pandemic in our community, we are limiting personal interactions and offering Curbside Pick-up only,” says Debbie Pifer, co-owner. “This is a temporary change and we hope to return to our normal store operations and welcome our customers back into the Market in a few weeks.”
Grocery, produce, apples, dairy, frozen, bakery and deli items, as well as donuts in limited quantities are available. Customers can find an order form listing items in stock at WhiteHouseFruitFarm.com. Customers can either call in their order and pay with a credit or debit card over the phone, or email their completed order form to [email protected] and pay with credit or debit card at pick up.
Customers should call 330 533 4161 or 330 559 0822 to place an order and also when they arrive for pick up. The market asks for at least a four-hour lead time to pack orders.
White House Fruit Farm is located at 9249 Youngstown Salem Road.
