“Really taking a look at your business and saying ‘Just because this is the way we did it in the past doesn’t mean this is the way we have to do it in the future’,” says Ames. “Take a look at your operations and take a look at the needs of your consumer and say ‘How can we do what we do, but do it a little better.'”
