NYO to Cut Ribbon Monday at Wick Tower

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – NYO Property Group will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday afternoon at its newest residential property, Wick Tower.

Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor will join local officials and serve as keynote speaker for the event, which will take place at 2 p.m. The state of Ohio and the federal government provided tax credits to support the $16.5 million project, which will have apartments and extended-stay rooms.

NYO also received a $2.3 million loan and other city incentives to support the project.

NYO redeveloped the Erie Terminal Building as Erie Terminal Place, another residential property downtown, and owns the Realty Tower and 16 Wick building. It also announced plans to convert the Stambaugh Building into a Doubletree by Hilton hotel.
