Windsor House Campaign Focuses on Its Mission

GIRARD, Ohio – Windsor House Inc. launched its new branding campaign, “The Mission of Windsor,” consisting of television, radio and online content creative focusing on enhancing awareness of the brand as a leader in long-term health care in the Mahoning Valley.

“With majority of our locations in the Mahoning Valley, Windsor House was looking for some fresh content to bolster our brand, while promoting our services,” said Dan Rowland, director of marketing for Windsor House .

The goal of the new campaign is to visually depict and communicate how the company has been living out the mission since it was established in 1959.

The mission of the family owned and operated company is based on Christian principles, providing compassion and the best quality of long- and short-term care to residents and their families throughout northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania, said Rowland.

The company working with 898 Marketing, a Canfield marketing consultancy, and its video production division, TV Eye Productions, to develop and produce a campaign that features the people who make up Windsor House and residents who call the facilities, “home.”

“When creating a campaign for any client, it is imperative that the campaign is authentic to what the brand is, regardless of how creative it can be delivered,” said Jeff Ryznar, owner of 898 Marketing.

The new campaign has launched on local and cable television as well as social media channels and on the health care provider’s website.

Windsor House has 11 nursing homes in Burton, Champion, Doylestown, Liberty, New Middletown, Masury, including two in Columbiana and Youngstown, and one in Marienville, Pa. Another 5 assisted living centers operate in Liberty, Youngstown, New Middletown and two in Warren. In the fall of this year, Windsor House will open sWindsor House at Canfield.
