Wine and Chocolate Trail on February Weekends

GENEVA, Ohio – The Ohio Wine Producers Association is presenting a Wine and Chocolate Trail on weekends through the end of February.

The trail will be in effect from noon to 6 p.m. Feb. 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26. Guests can stop at any or all of the 15 participating wineries and distilleries in the northeastern Ohio wine region on those days.

Tickets start at $40 and can be purchased at OhioWines.org or by phone at 440 466 4417.

It is a self-driving trail, and participants can go in any order and choose their stops.

At each participating winery, guests will receive complimentary appetizers and samples of wines. At one designated winery, they will also receive a box of Malley’s chocolates.

Participating wineries are: Buccia Vineyards, Conneaut; Debonne Vineyards, Madison; Deer’s Leap, Geneva; Emerine Estates, Jefferson; Ferrante Winery and Ristorante, Geneva; Goddess Wine House, Ashtabula; Grand River Cellars and Restaurant, Madison; Hundley Cellars, Geneva; Laurello Vineyards, Geneva; Old Firehouse Winery, Geneva on the Lake; Red Eagle Distillery, Geneva; Rosabella Winery, Austinburg; South River Vineyard Geneva; Stable Winery, Andover; and The Winery at Spring Hill, Geneva.
