From an old family-run farm to a winery and vineyard, Nick and Lisa Miller were inspired by their experiences living in a busy North Carolina winery region and decided to use their acreage to produce grapes, and eventually wine. Barrel Run Crossing Winery and Vineyard offers red, white and apple wines as well as food.
