Ed Baysek, who has been making wine for 40 years, named his winery Hot Dog Winery after his favorite deceased canine, who ate a package of hot dog buns one day soon after he rescued her. His fruit wine is his specialty and he serves the only banana and tomato wine to be found in Pittsburgh.
