Women Business Leaders: Kayla A. Emanuelson

Kayla Emanuelson is a senior manager at SSB and a respected leader of the tax team. She delivers tax compliance, planning and research services for businesses, individuals, estates and trusts, with specialized expertise in multistate taxation.

Kayla’s strong problem-solving skills benefit SSB clients, as she helps them navigate tax discrepancies and resolve issues with the IRS and other agencies, often reducing fees, penalties and interest.

Kayla’s industry concentration includes breweries, manufacturing, construction and mining. She is an alumna of the AICPA Leadership Academy and a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and Ohio Craft Brewers Association.

Kayla is a dedicated mentor, guiding SSB’s team accountants in professional growth and encouraging them to develop leadership skills in the business community. A proud graduate of Thiel College and recipient of the Young Alumni Award, her leadership makes her an invaluable part of the SSB team.
