Women Business Leaders: Michelle White

Michelle White is co-owner and president of Advanced Technology Partners in Youngstown. She started her career with a local engineering company, holding roles in shipping, accounts payable and purchasing, before moving to IT.

These prior roles have enabled her to better view things from a user perspective. She now has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. 

Michelle was able to build a local manufacturer’s IT department from the bottom up, while initiating, building and carrying out many custom process improvements for the company. She holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has always held her team to high standards and ATP continues to take pride in its quality of service and unparalleled response time. 

Michelle is involved with United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley as part of Women United and previously volunteered as a virtual literacy tutor for local elementary school students.
