Women in Business: Amy Less Shope
CANFIELD, Ohio – Amy Less Shope is a Managing Partner at The Lehner Shope Wealth Group, a boutique advising and investment firm with locations in Canfield, Canton and Perrysburg. Amy has been advising clients for over 25 years since graduating from Kent State University and starting her career. She takes a holistic planning approach to discover her client’s goals and passions. She spends her days meeting with clients, building and deepening relationships while providing exceptional service.
Amy also has a passion for empowering women and has started her “Women’s Power Lunch” series where like-minded women connect, network and collaborate. Every month a new female entrepreneur is spotlighted and shares their story.
Another passion is the area of special needs planning. For more than 10 years, Amy has been actively involved in the autism community. She previously served on the board of the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley and she currently serves on the Advisory Board of Spectrum Education Center at Mount Union University.
Amy resides in Canfield with her husband Kevin and their daughter, Anderson. They have a grown son, Dylan, who is on the autism spectrum and is enjoying life in his new home supported by the Purple Cat.
