Workforce Symposium Educates and Motivates Job Seekers
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Mahoning-Youngstown Community Action Partnership held a workforce symposium where registrants were asked what issues they face when applying for jobs in the area.
The event also featured several motivational speakers and organizations with workforce programs and opportunities to help job seekers reach the next level of success.
“What we’re looking for is to motivate and to try to work through any barriers that the participants may have to seek out these opportunities,” says Marilyn Montes, COO of MYCAP.
