YBI, Home Savings to Host ‘Art of Business and Banking’

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Home Savings and Loan Co. and the Youngstown Business Incubator’s Women in Entrepreneurship program will host three seminars on the needs of small-business owners Sept. 16, Oct. 21 and Nov. 18.

All will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the offices of the incubator, 241 W. Federal St.

The program, “The Art of Business and Banking,” will touch on topics from how to secure a loan to filing taxes.

Tickets are $15 for the series.

Diana Hogg, Home Savings commercial relationship manager, will host all three sessions.
The first will cover establishing clientele, determining credit score and determining goals for your business.

The second will review personal financial statements and how to assemble new financial packages, including tax returns and investments.

The final session will cover the various types of credit and working with the Small Business Administration.
