oversee management, operations, administration and strategic implementation of YBI’s
technology-based incubation model to continue assisting startup tech companies .

“Chandler has been a great addition to our team. She has quickly come to have a deep
understanding of what our startups need – and works tirelessly on their behalf to meet
those needs,” said Barb Ewing, YBI executive director and CEO.

The Mahoning Valley’s unwavering work ethic matches Fiffick’s enthusiasm for nurturing new
businesses.

“As an Ohio transplant, I’ve noticed that the people from this area are inherently born
with an unfettered grit and determination, providing Youngstown with a unique
advantage and opportunity to elevate entrepreneurs looking to build a technology
startup. As director of the Evolve Technology Program, I promise our companies that I
will do my very best to consistently advocate for their needs and dedicate my time at YBI
to the service and success of their startups,” Fiffick said.
