YBI Shark Tank Profile: Handel’s Ice Cream’s Lenny Fisher
Lenny Fisher, president of Handel’s Ice Cream, is one of the “Sharks” for this year’s Youngstown Business Incubator Shark Tank business pitch competition – an opportunity to showcase entrepreneurship and innovation while promoting economic development across the Mahoning Valley and Northeast Ohio.
“You have to understand that if you’re running your own business, there’s no such thing as a weekend. You’re working fifteen hours a day, seven days a week and it could take years before your project takes off,” Fisher says.
