YBI Sharks Crave More Investment Opportunities

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Herb Washington, CEO/founder of HLW Fast Track Inc., is one of the sharks for this year’s Youngstown Business Incubator Shark Tank business pitch competition – an opportunity to showcase entrepreneurship and innovation while promoting economic development across the Mahoning Valley and northeastern Ohio.

This year’s event is scheduled for 5 p.m. Oct. 19 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center.

“We have a lot of talent here in the Valley and, unfortunately, only a small segment get a chance to pitch, and that makes me feel sad because there are so many,” Washington says. “[The Shark Tank event] lets me know how many opportunities potentially are out there, and I wish there was a way that we could do this more than once a year.”
