YO! App Rewards Shopping Local in Youngstown

YO!, a new smartphone app for the city of Youngstown, is the newest tool being implemented by the city’s economic development team to encourage residents to shop local and support small businesses during their most challenging times.

The YO! app rewards residents and visitors for shopping at Youngstown’s local businesses. Rewards come in the form of city bites. Each city bite equals one dollar, and can be easily redeemed at local businesses. To become a featured local business on the app, business owners must register online.
