Young Learners Front and Center at Main Branch Library
The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County celebrated the opening of its Family Engagement Area on Monday, August 16.
Throughout the area, you’ll find a children’s interactive play and learning area, a story time area, a hands-on STEAM learning area, and a DIY maker space that features 3D printers, sewing machines, and an A/V recording studio.
“We’re really excited to put our youngest learners front and center,” says Aimee Fifarek, director & CEO of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County.
