Young Philanthropist Fund Accepting Grant Applications
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley will accept grant proposals from nonprofit organizations in Mahoning and Trumbull counties through Jan. 1, the foundation announced this morning.
The grants, up to $4,000, will be provided through the Young Philanthropist Fund. In the past, grants have been awarded to provide comfort kits to foster children, student entrepreneurship training and therapy equipment for children with autism.
An application can be filled out online on the foundation’s website, cfmv.org, under the “Apply for a Grant” tab.
