Youngstown Blue Coats to Hold Stuff the Bus Event at Boscov’s

NILES, Ohio — Youngstown Blue Coats will accept donated clothing items this Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon outside the Boscov’s department store at the Eastwood Mall.

Items being collected include coats, blankets, hats, gloves, boots, scarves, sleeping bags and hoodies. All items should be new or gently used.

Youngstown Blue Coats is a nonprofit run entirely by volunteers that provides warming items to those in need throughout the region, with a special focus on military veterans.

Their motto is “In America nobody should freeze to death.”

Items can be dropped off at the Blue Coats bus, which will be parked in front of Boscov’s.
