Youngstown Church to Present Summer Adventure Camp

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Metro Assembly of God will provide area children from pre-K through sixth grade with a week of interactive faith-based learning, food, games, prizes and fun.

The free Vacation Bible School “Summer Adventure Camp” will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Aug 5-9 at the church, 2530 South Ave. 

The programming will provide a structured environment for children to learn about values, with programs that will feature a “Game Over” theme and creative methods of teaching teamwork, relationship-building skills and more.  

“It’s an excellent tool we use to reach out into the community. And it’s Metro’s personal way of inviting our neighbors and those who may not otherwise cross the threshold of our facility doors to safely join us for a fun-filled summer they’ll never forget,” said Olivia Yanno, kids director at Metro Church Youngstown.
