Youngstown CityScape to Host 3rd Annual Mum Sale

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The third annual CityScape at Briel’s mum sale will have different scenery this year.

Due to construction at Youngstown CityScape’s greenhouse at 23-29 S. Belle Vista Ave., plants will be available at the organization’s new offices at 250 E. Federal St.

In May, Youngstown CityScape was awarded a $187,500 Appalachian Regional Commission grant for renovations at the former Briel’s Flowers and Greenhouse property, which it purchased in 2021.

Plants can be pre-ordered online HERE and picked up or purchased from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 7; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 8; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 13; 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 14; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 15.

Purchases will support the beautification work done by Youngstown CityScape.
