Youngstown Mayor Gives Insight into Stimulus
Youngstown Mayor Jamael “Tito” Brown gave an overview of projects the city is considering with the $88.6 million it will receive in stimulus money while speaking at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s Good Morning, Youngstown breakfast.
Brown said he will take his time in determining the best use of the money, but said he wants to reinvest the funds into improving the quality of life for the city’s residents.
Brown said the payment will be split, with the first disbursement coming in May and the other coming in 2022.
