Youngstown Warehouse, Manufacturing Site Sold for $900K
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The site that once housed Boston Retail Group at 225 Hubbard Road has sold for $900,000, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
Auditor’s records show that Midwest Commercial Realty LLC purchased the building and approximately 13 acres from Niki D Atri Holdings of OH II LLC on Nov. 16.
The 174,738-square-foot building was constructed in 1952 and is used for light manufacturing, assembly and warehousing. It was remodeled in 1993.
Among the recent tenants in the building was Boston Retail Group, which announced last year that it was consolidating its Youngstown plastics-injection molding operations and Massachusetts-based headquarters to a location in Ravenna.
Currently, the building is home to Francis Industries Plastic Injection Moulding.
