Youngstown’s First Citizen
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Today in our “3 Minutes With” video, author Joseph Lambert discusses his new book and its subject, Joseph Butler.
The book is titled “First Citizen: The Industrious Life of Joseph G. Butler, Jr.”
“The original thought was Youngstown’s first citizen because when he died in 1927,” Lambert says, “his obituary was titled that. ‘Youngstown’s First Citizen Passes Away,’ and it’s quite a tribute.”
