YSU Art Faculty Exhibit Works at Mount Union

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Three art professors from Youngstown State University will have their works on display in a month-long exhibit at the University of Mount Union.

The exhibit, “Drawing Attention,” runs from Jan. 19 to Feb 19 at the Sally Otto Gallery, 34 W. Simpson St in Alliance. A reception with the artists – Christine McCullough, Claudia Berlinski and Terre Brock Davis – will be held opening night from 4 to 6 p.m.

Drawing Attention “challenges the viewer to build upon the individual images and investigate laters of personal and profound meaning,” YSU said in a release. McCoullough will display paintings, Brock Davis both paintings and drawings and Berliski will exhibit photographs.

“For several years now I have been creating smaller works that function as a series and this invitation seemed the perfect opportunity to collaborate with two colleagues, assistant professor Claudia Berlinski and adjunct faculty Terre Brock Davis, who work in a similar fashion,” McCullough said in a release.
