YSU Event to Explain Basics of Applying for Financial Aid

Youngstown, Ohio – Prospective students and their parents can learn the ins and outs of financial aid at Youngstown State University’s Financial Aid Night at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 25, in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center on the YSU campus. 

The annual event prepares incoming college students for the Feb. 1 Free Application for Federal Student Aid priority processing deadline.

Financial Aid Night is a community service event that provides information to parents of high school juniors and seniors planning to attend college. Attendees will learn the basics of applying for financial aid, and financial aid counselors will be available to assist with the completion of the 2024-25 FAFSA application.
