YSU Offers Classes to Sit for Real Estate Licenses

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Classes begin next Monday night at Youngstown State University for those who want to sit for a license as a real estate agent in Ohio.

All run from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall, 221 N. Hazel St.

The 10 sessions on real estate law run Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Jan. 11 except Jan. 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Day. The last class is Feb. 15. Tuition, $295.

The five sessions on the financial aspects of real estate law begin Feb. 22 and will be held Mondays and Wednesdays. Last class is March 7. Tuition, $195.

The 10 sessions on real estate principles and practices run Tuesday and Thursdays beginning Jan. 12. Last class is Feb. 11. Tuition, $295.

And the five sessions on real estate appraisal will run from Feb. 23 to March 8, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuition is $195.
