YSU Online Programs Rank Nationally
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — When it comes to earning a master’s degree online, Youngstown State University is counted among the best in the United States.
The Best Schools ranked YSU 11th in its Best Online Master in Economics Degree Programs list. Rankings are based on academic excellence, faculty scholarship, reputation, financial aid, range of degree programs and the strength of online instruction methodology, according to The Best Schools.
YSU also ranked 44th as one of the nation’s Best MBA Programs, according to OnlineMasters.com. The university ranked 19th in affordability by TopMastersInHealthcare.com for the Best Online Master’s Programs in Health and Human Services.
Affordable Colleges Online gave YSU high marks in health as well, ranking its online Master’s Program in Health Administration 25th in the nation. The organization also recognized YSU as one of the Best Online Colleges in Ohio, comparing more than 1,500 not-for-profit colleges with full online programs with annual tuition rates below $25,000 a year and analyzed more than a dozen other factors, including student-teacher ratio, job placement, and the availability of career and counseling services.
College Choice ranked YSU 25th on its list of the Best Bachelor’s in Forensic Science programs in the nation. It also ranked YSU second nationally on its list of the Most Affordable Online Master’s in Human Services Degrees.
