YSU Williamson to Conduct Real Estate Expo, Classes
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Burgan Realty and the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University will host the Youngstown State University Real Estate Expo April 25 in Williamson Hall on campus.
During the event, which will run from 6 to 8 p.m., students will have the opportunity to network with real estate professionals and learn more about Ohio real estate salesperson certification, along with other career opportunities.

Individuals who wish to be licensed as an Ohio real estate salesperson will have the opportunity to begin coursework in the Williamson College starting May 2. To sit for the state exam, applicants must successfully complete four courses: real estate law, real estate principles and practices, real estate finance and real estate appraisal.
All classes are offered from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall. An annual schedule of Real Estate classes and online registration along with additional information are available at the WCBA website.
