YWCA Seeks Donors for ‘Wish Upon a Star’
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The YWCA of Youngstown is seeking individuals and community groups to participate in a donation drive for its Wish Upon A Star holiday gift-giving project. New toys, books, games and clothing are needed.
Last year, 96 children were helped through the Wish project.
Through this project, the YWCA aims to put smiles on the faces of homeless and low-income children its programs serve. Donors can buy gifts for one child or more, and monetary donations are welcome as well. Gifts will be distributed in early December.
