Our Mission:

The operations of Ultium Cells, Foxconn and large and midsize companies in the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys means more higher-level manufacturing jobs. The same is true across the small-business community as companies expand and create jobs.

But the region lacks the workers to fill these jobs. So, efforts have turned to repopulation, bringing former residents back, enticing new residents to relocate here and persuading young people to stay here.

Affordable, available housing must figure into the repopulation equation. We want these workers to live in our communities, raise their families here and contribute to the tax base.
