Micro Doctor IT, N2Net Merge, Become InfinIT
WARREN, Ohio – InfinIT emerged as a new brand in 2023, offering every conceivable IT service to businesses.
The company is a consolidation of Micro Doctor IT and N2Net, which had been providing IT support to northeastern Ohio businesses for more than 30 years.
The two companies – based in Warren and Cleveland, respectively – announced their merger in 2021 and completed it last year.
“Combining our expertise provides unparalleled IT services and a proven track record dating back to Micro Doctor IT’s 1989 founding,” says Megan Augustine, marketing manager.
InfinIT’s services include managed services and even a proprietary data center in Cleveland.
In short, it provides the technology infrastructure that is needed to competitively run a business and keep its operations secure, she says.
Organizations such as Youngstown YMCA and Believers’ Church of Warren depend on the infinIT team to lead their IT strategies and man their helpdesks, according to Augustine.
Both organizations started with little to no professional IT support. InfinIT has helped them improve their IT structures with strategies that are specific to each organization’s needs.
The technology sector was especially plagued by supply-chain delays and shortages in 2023. InfinIT adapted by obtaining the necessary hardware in bulk, as opposed to the typical “just in time” purchasing.
These shortages became less of an issue as 2024 approached, Augustine says.
The company did its best to absorb cost increases caused by inflation last year, although it did eventually find it necessary to slightly increase its prices.
