Agent Insurance Services to Launch New Website

BOARDMAN – The Agent Insurance Services experienced a stimulating 2019, earned  industry accolades, added staff and contributed to the community, says founder and CEO Ron Nanosky.

The agency is the No. 1 life insurance agency through Erie Insurance for two years in a row, he reports.

“Early this year, The Agent Insurance will launch a new website. The main focus is on improving client experience and communication through enhancements to technology and processes,” Nanosky says.

Specializing in home, auto, life, health and commercial insurance, The Agent Insurance Services has held senior partner plus status with Grange Insurance since 2010. 

“Out of 1,667 independent agencies that sell Grange products, The Agent Insurance is one of only 82 agencies that received this designation,” says Nanosky.

Throughout 2019, The Agent Insurance held fundraisers for Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley and has participated in the Brighten Up for the Kids program for the past five years.

The agency also hired new staff and promoted within to enhance its commercial lines and life insurance departments as well as client services. Brian Devine was hired as a commercial risk adviser/life insurance specialist. Victoria Hunter joined as assistant for client services, and Lisa John and Dominick Depict were promoted to commercial risk advisers/life insurance specialists. The Agent Insurance employs 12.

In February, The Agent Insurance celebrated its 20th anniversary.  “It’s a huge accomplishment to start as a ‘scratch’ agent,” Nanosky says.

The definition of a scratch insurance agency owner is a licensed agent that starts Day One with no policies and has not inherited a book of business. 

“Our goal for 2020 is to focus on making everything we are involved in better for our employees and our clients,” says Nanosky.
