Aim Transportation Solutions Recertified as Most Loved Workplace
GIRARD, Ohio – For the second year in a row, Aim Transportation Solutions has been certified as a Most Loved Workplace through the Best Practice Institute.
The certification is based on employee feedback and focuses on employee satisfaction, collaboration and overall workplace culture.
“In 2023, Aim was not only certified as a Most Loved Workplace but was listed in Newsweek Magazine among the top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in the United States,” said Jessica Deane, Aim’s vice president of marketing. “Aim’s 2024 certification is an important milestone, and Aim is hopeful to make the Top 100 in 2024 as well.”
Deane has spearheaded the certification effort in past years, along with Patty Durkin, Aim’s recently retired chief human resources officer.
“This recognition is a testament to our team’s hard work and commitment to making Aim a great place to work,” said Scott Fleming, president of Aim. “As a family owned and operated business, the idea of family is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that when our employees are happy and engaged, they can provide the best possible service to our customers.”
