Allstate Donates $19K to #MoveOurMission
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley received a $19,000 donation for its Move Our Mission campaign from Allstate Insurance Co. agents as part of the company’s Helping Hands grants program.
Agents from the Mahoning Valley joined those from the Cleveland-Akron-Canton area to volunteer at the Rescue Mission, assisting with various projects including serving lunch. The grant will be put toward the construction of the Rescue Mission’s new $4.5 million building.
“Our Allstate volunteers see firsthand the opportunities and challenges facing the communities they serve,” said Larry Stefanov, Allstate field sales leader. “Giving back is core to who we are, which is why we’re proud to volunteer and raise funds to improve lives in Youngstown.”
Participating Allstate agency owners and licensed sales professionals include Kimberly Conti, Peggy Gum and Todd Stoval from Youngstown offices, George Buell, Robert Fusco and Rebecca Ruffner from Austintown, Micki Grimm and George Passas from Boardman, Stephen Piersante from Poland, Candi Davis and Priscilla McLaughlin from Columbiana, Rocco Nolfi from Niles, Jason Durica and Mollie Nichols from Cortland, Terry Evans and Luann Garrett from Canal Fulton, Maureen Dabbieri from Medina, Brian Kennedy from Chagrin Falls and Lesley Michael from North Canton.
