Anderson Coach Adds Motor Coaches, School Buses to Fleet
GREENVILLE, Pa. – In 2019, Anderson Coach & Travel celebrated 82 years in business with a trip to Vermont, where five motor coaches of guests enjoyed a dinner cruise on Lake Champlain and a tasting tour at Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
The company, now operated by second- and third-generation members of the Anderson family, expanded its fleet by 11 vehicles last year, including five motor coaches and six school buses.
In total, Anderson boasts a fleet of 45 motor coaches in four sizes, as well as 180 school vehicles used daily to transport students from Conneaut, Greenville, Jamestown and Reynolds school districts in Mercer and Crawford counties.
During the fall, the company converted to a new booking software, which allows customers to either book from its Greenville office or online from their homes. Added features include enhanced tour search functions, allowing a customer to choose his seat on the bus, saving tours as “favorites” and a “call back” button that lets the tour department know the customer wants a phone call.
