Rachel is one of the most authentic people I have ever had the privilege of knowing.
She shows up every day, and in every situation – for the job, for her team of employees, for other groups or departments.
She always shows up and adds value to the situation whether it is knowledge of the conversation, compassion for others’ circumstances, understanding of a situation, or redirection when it’s needed.
Rachel oversees the Youngstown Diocese’s three Catholic Charities agencies and the Diocesan Department of Catholic Charities.
Under her leadership, we work together to promote our mission, share resources, and represent the charitable work of the church in a way that is consistent and reliable.
