Luxury Apartment Complex Built for ‘The Seasons’

CORTLAND, Ohio – The Seasons of Howland, a new apartment complex off state Route 46 in Cortland, consists of 132 units, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage. The development includes a clubhouse for social gatherings, a swimming pool and fitness center as well as a dog park, walking trails and pond, said Krista Gottuso, property manager, at a press event Dec. 7. A beach-themed picnic area is on the way, she added.

Cutting the ribbon are Kim Lafortune, assistant controller; Laura McDermott, commercial property manager; Krista Gottuso, property manager; Casey Zreliak, administrative assistant; and Mark Beith, controller.

Pictured at top: Monthly rental rates begin at $1,400. The Seasons began accepting applications last year. Strong interest resulted in expanding from the original six buildings.
