SHARON, Pa. – Mercer County is offering a “Wine – Brew – Spirits Trail.” The trail includes a selection of eight wineries, five breweries and three distilleries between the southern and northern loops.
Sponsored by the Mercer County Visitors Bureau, the trails give guests a choice between a 4-, 6- or 8-hour tour through the Amish countryside within the Southern Loop or lakeside within the Northern Loop.
Brewery stops in the Southern Loop include Nova Destinations’ Brew 32 and Hop Asylum, Cobblehaus Brewing Co., and Timbercreek Tap & Table. Mortal’s Key Brewing Company, on Pymatuning Lake, is the only brewery in the Northern Loop.
Each tour group will be able to create a fully customizable trail experience. This includes itinerary, transportation, entertainment, tastings, and dining options.
