YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Market research is important when putting together your business plan, says Gregory Ensley, team leader for commercial banking at Farmers National Bank.
“What is the strategy in getting the product out to the end consumer?” he asks. “You’ve got to work toward generating sales and you’ve got to get your name out there.”
Ensley also discusses the financial component of a business plan. “What do [you] foresee as [the company] grows?” he asks. You must understand “the cycles of the business and what those funding needs are going to be.”
