The Brain Gain Navigators webinar presentations are designed to provide middle and high school students with a virtual tour of employers and career paths in the Mahoning Valley.
In this video, Nick Deniakis, shop foreman at Sweeney Chevrolet, and John Zehentbauer, superintendent at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center, discuss the auto tech profession, what day-to-day work is like and what type of education/training is required.
The Brain Gain Navigators program seeks to connect Navigators (mentors) and their students (mentees) with virtual LIVE + On-Demand employer tour opportunities in the Mahoning Valley. The Business Journal will arrange virtual tours with area employers covering a wide range of industries to give students the best possible snapshot of career pathways and job outlooks right here at home.
