Tracie Stephens is the Managing Principal at Schroedel, Scullin & Bestic, LLC. She assists business owners with financial management, tax planning and consulting to help them grow their business. She listens carefully to their concerns in order to develop strategies to achieve their goals. She consults with many industries, including manufacturing, mining, construction and retail.
Tracie also directs SSB’s employee benefit plan audit team and provides human resource support to help clients build their management and accounting teams.

Tracie is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Ohio Society of CPAs and Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber. She serves as President of the Dover Club, as Treasurer of the Henry H. Stambaugh Auditorium Association and as the Orchestra Committee Chairman of the Youngstown Symphony Society. She is a graduate of the University of Akron.
