YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Hynes Industries is a globally recognized leader in the design and production of precision, custom roll form metal solutions. Founded in 1925, we operate out of Youngstown and Painesville, and Kokomo, Indiana.
Yet, Hynes is more than just a roll forming company, It’s a place to build a career from the ground up or anywhere else you begin. It’s a place where success is shared and celebrated. Most importantly, it’s a place where everyone has a voice, and everyone is given and receives the highest level of respect. It’s a place where generations of family members work side by side.
More than 30 people have joined the Hynes family since April 2021. During that time, we’ve celebrated 15 consecutive months of surpassing sales goals, enjoyed countless recognition luncheons, cheered on the YSU Penguins at one large Hynes tailgate, and received profit-sharing checks that remind any employee of their contributions to our success.
As our business grows, so does our commitment to and investment in our surrounding communities. Hynes recently revitalized our longstanding partnership with the United Way of the Mahoning Valley. In the fourth quarter of 2021, Hynes Industries matched 100% of employee pledges. Together as an organization, we contributed nearly $20,000 to support the many worthy organizations aided by UWMV, earning us the Top New Workplace Campaign Award for 2021.
Family oriented and community based, Hynes’ atmosphere is inviting. It’s not uncommon to find staff members engaging in casual conversation with each other or any one of the executive team members. The dress code is relaxed, and work/life balance is encouraged. Plant shifts are rotated, and office employees are offered the opportunity to work the hours that best suit their schedule. Experience in the manufacturing world isn’t required to join the Hynes Team. Provided an applicant is willing to learn and has the right attitude, Hynes is willing and able to teach the rest.
