Avrem Technologies Acquires IT Connect LLC

CANFIELD, Ohio – Avrem Technologies, an IT managed services provider based in Canfield, has acquired IT Connect LLC.

Founded in 2013, IT Connect provides managed services, web development and design, and application development. Founder Nathan Deremer will join Avrem as virtual chief information officer.

Avrem Technologies was founded in 2007 by Robert Merva. Originally providing consumer and small-business IT support, Avrem has since expanded into a consulting company with hundreds of clients in 10 states, offering phone solutions, wiring, camera and surveillance and turnkey network solutions in addition to its IT suite of services.

“Nathan and I hit it off immediately, both personally and professionally,” Merva said in a statement. “It was clear from our first conversation that our histories, philosophies, and objectives were almost identical. Nathan’s done a great job of building IT Connect over the years and has a rare blend of business intelligence and IT abilities.
