Berkshire Hathaway Stouffer Realty Opens Office in Cuyahoga
SALEM – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty opened an office in Independence last year to centralize its Cuyahoga County sales efforts.
The brokerage will launch a property management division this year and increase its presence in commercial real estate, according to Kevin Leonard, president and chief operating officer.
Despite heightened interest rates and record home prices, Leonard says Stouffer Realty experienced a year of growth. The brokerage hired 91 sales professionals in 2023.
