Braydich Dental Hosting Free Day of Dentistry

HUBBARD, Ohio — Braydich Dental is doing its part in a global dentistry initiative by offering free oral health services on Oct. 4 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Free Dentistry Day is held in conjunction with the Dentistry From the Heart initiative to provide oral care to people without access to dental insurance, according to a press release. Residents in the region who can’t afford dental insurance can receive the care at the Braydich Dental office at 45 East Liberty St.

“Our team feels it is the most rewarding day of the year, and everyone looks forward to it,” said Dr. Mark Braydich of Braydich Dental. “We are extremely proud to be reaching out to the community, and it’s very fulfilling for us to see so many smiling faces throughout the day.”

Dentists and staff will perform fillings, cleanings, extractions and denture repairs or adjustments at no cost to the first 200 patients who register for the Dentistry From The Heart event. Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is the eighth year for the event. Area businesses and philanthropic organizations also take part by donating time, money and food for the event.

“It’s great to see the community come together and advocate good oral hygiene,” Braydich said. “By holding this event, we can provide dental services to people who would have otherwise gone without dental care.”

Dentistry From The Heart has donated more than $25 million and helped over 500,000 people around the world with free dental work.
