Brilliant Cleaning Service Shines with Partnerships

BOARDMAN – Brilliant Cleaning Service expects 2020 to bring strong revenue growth buoyed by the building boom seen across the tri-county area.

The company experienced 44% revenue growth in 2019, says owner Theresa Viviano, also the general manager, building on revenue growth of 28% in 2018.

The family-owned commercial, residential and janitorial cleaning company attributes much of its 2019 success to new partnerships with property groups invested in the advancement of the region. Last year, Brilliant secured several multiyear commercial agreements with these developers, a trend that Viviano says she expects to continue.

Expanding into western Pennsylvania was another factor leading to its growth in 2019, she adds, as were contracts with a local educational facility and a major provider of health care.

In 2019, the company invested in new equipment and staff training. It plans to continue to invest in its employees with competitive wages, regular wage increases, a bonus program and other benefits, Viviano says.
