Burgan is the official real estate partner of YSU athletics.

“As we kick off the second year of our partnership with YSU, we wanted to do something to make YSU football game days even better with Burgan Real Estate,” said Patrick Burgan, co-owner and broker of Burgan Real Estate, in a release. “Tailgating is such a huge part of the experience that YSU provides its fans at home football games, so we wanted to make sure that we gave fans an opportunity to experience the same type of service we offer those who buy and sell their homes with us by providing them a tailgate party they will never forget.”

Registration for the sweepstakes is open until Sept. 30. Only one entry per household is permitted.

“We at YSU are amazed at the creativity and dedication Burgan Real Estate continues to bring to our our fans and the University as an Official Penguin Partner,” said Ron Strollo, YSU’s executive director of athletics. “Burgan continues to embrace the YSU partnership and we are clearly better for having them as one of our partners. We thank Patrick, Sue and their team for their support of YSU’s student-athletes and continued commitment to making our community better.”
