YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Foundation has awarded grants for the second quarter of the year to 11 area organizations totaling $216,600. The grants, which include the Hine Memorial Fund recipients and donor advised fund distributions range from $8,000 to $50,000.
